Full Planning&DESIGN
We are by your side every step of the way as you plan your wedding day. After an initial consultation to determine your personal style, aesthetics, ideas and details, we design a proposal, prepare a budget and compile a team of vendors that will fit your needs. We attend all property walkthroughs, site visits and tastings to assist with flow, special planning, set-up, and timing of your wedding.
We will accompany you on food and design appointments, coordinate vendor interviews, assist you with menu selection, provide on-site event management, organize vendor contracts and offer any additional assistance you may need on your wedding day.

Month of management
This package is for couples who wish to plan most of their wedding, but are seeking professional to execute their big day. If you’ve already picked your venue and booked a few vendors, this package will provide a wedding coordinator to work out those final details during the month-of.
With our checklist in hand, we'll meet with you to discuss your wedding day timeline, ceremony logistics and other important details. We will take over vendor communication and tie up all loose ends. We take care of all the details—even those you didn't think of! Clients with this package can enjoy the process of planning, knowing we are here to help them create and execute their vision.

Hourly Consulting
If you’re planning a wedding without a wedding planner and are finding certain aspects of the process challenging, then hourly consulting might be right for you. Our hourly consultation allows a meeting with Ruby to pick her brain on any aspect of the wedding.

À la Carte
One of our most popular offerings, this package allows couples to maximize their needs and finances, so you can focus on planning their dream day. With our a la carte package, you can budget on the areas where you truly need expert advice. Choose one or all—from vendor recommendations, itinerary planning, personalized wedding checklists, personal bridal assistance, to rehearsal dinner planning, stationery design and more.
