A Venue Coordinator works for the venue
A venue coordinator is employed by the venue. The coordinators are responsible for anything that is related to the venue, like organizing food and beverage options, arranging tasting and dealing with payments. Unfortunately, in some cases your venue coordinator might be working on multiple weddings that day. Their interest is to protect the venue. On your wedding day, their focus is ensuring the venue everything taking place at the venue is in order. The venue coordinator will leave after the main meal has been served, this may be one thing to consider, especially if you have other important things planned for the remainder of the evening.

One of our brides forgot to put on her garter. When the garter removal was next on the itinerary, she realized that she didn’t have it on. She also couldn’t remember where she had left it. However, I knew exactly where it was. I retrieved it, crawled my way behind the head table and slipped it on.
